Grandparents Day  On Friday the school celebrated grandparents day.It was at my school.we did it for grandparents

First we had a mass for the grandparents

Then we went onto the field to find our grandparents. Since I don't have any that came I went to room 12. When all the grandparents were in my room we had some food.after everybody had eaten,we had a concert for the grandparents.the kappa-haka was first, gym was next.Then was PI group.Finally when the concert was over the grandparents went home

The wolf is lazy and kind of stupid because he didn't go to the supermarket. The wolf is a slow driver because the pigs outran the wolf in a van.The wolf has very sharp teeth.The wolf was furious because his butt got burnt.

The giant is a fat and greedy giant because he is always hungry. He is spoilt because he makes his wife cook for him. The giant is also gross because he dribbles when he is sleeping. He is unhappy because Jack stole some of his gold. The giant lives in the clouds. The giant is rich because of his gold.

The Rain

                                    Rain
I woke up on Saturday morning to find rain on my windows. The rain was pounding on my roof.I saw hail falling from the sky. Rain is as cold as an icy water. The wind was like God sneezing. The rain flooded the ditch.The rain formed puddles.

Felix looks like a rainbow.Felix can be trained to do things.Felix likes warm places.Felix can talk.(usually).Felix usually waddles.Felix likes toys.Felix is my teacher's pet.Felix likes and plays soccer.Felix is smart.Felix has a very powerful bite.Felix is very messy.Rainbow lorikeets have been introduced to New Zealand.Rainbow lorikeets are cute.Foxes,snakes and cats eat Rainbow lorikeets. Felix is very friendly.

PAYER SPACES

On Friday my school made prayer spaces. A prayer space needs a good cloth,some one who you are praying for like Fiji for example and a theme.Its base of support was a shoe box. I was with laris, ours had some prayers,2 candles, a heart and an emtey bag.

Cross Country training

We are training for cross country. First We take off our sweaters. Then we line up to walk to the courts. Next we stretch. Then we jog around the courts and in the scooter park, past the hall,past room 15 and back. Then we do it again. I like training.

Making unlevened bread

Today room 12 made unlevened bread to remind us that Jesus changed the bread and wine into the body and blood of Christ. This is the Eucharist.

The Easter story

St Joseph's day

On Friday 16th of march it was St Joseph's day.we went because it was a feast day and sister carina’s and St Joseph's birthday.  First the whole school direst in Jesus clothes. Then the whole school walked church. Next the whole school sang Jesus songs. Then the new kids and families got rosary beads.after the whole school went back to class. Then the whole school went to assembly. After that the whole school did the tug o war.when it was mill hill’s turn mill hill had to PULL the rope. But mill hill came 3rd.

CJ’s gala recount

On Thursday 3rd of March I went to the fantastic St Mary's Rotorua Gala. I went with miffy and miffy’s friend. I went so the  school could fund raise.

First I watched the Pacific Island dancers performing on the stage.  There was a big stage set up on the school field. That was great dancing. After that I went on the motorbikes on the field. I saw Mrs Hall there. Then I played bubble soccer on the turf with my friends.   I also played smash it twice. That was not too loud.

I loved it because I had some zombie chomps. I can’t wait until next year’s gala. By CJ
